Return Process: Unfortunately, We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact support@lacimacoffeeco.com for assistance. Once a customer service agent (CSA) approves the case, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that refunds will be processed within 15 days of CSA approval
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time frame, cancellations are not possible.
